The roots of Di-Star development lie in the operation of Ucr-Diamant Company, which was founded in 1994 as Ukrainian and Italian joint venture. Ucr-Diamant was formed to be concentrated on diamond tools production. Applying to the great European experience, high quality raw materials and the most advanced equipment, Ucr-Diamant has promptly established itself at the forefront of diamond tools market in Ukraine and the near abroad countries.

In 1998 a major restructuring of company was carried out. Ucr-Diamant as a subsidiary was included into structure of new formed Di-Star Corporation. Thereafter the further products promotion on market was realized with Di-Star brand name. In the end of 2007 the operation of Ucr-Diamant was stopped and the company was included into business structure of Di-Star by merging.

Di-Star Company operates on 3 200 square meters of production space and 1 500 square meters of office space that are located on a 3 hectare area within Poltava city. The Di-Star production includes production areas of diamond cutting blades and diamond segments, storehouses, research and testing laboratories. Monthly production capacity of our company numbers 200 000 pieces of diamond segments and 50 000 pieces of diamond cutting blades.
