Retiping of diamond tools includes such technological operations:

- removing of the worn segments rest;
- troubleshooting and - if it's necessary - straightening of  the blade;
- preparation of the blade surface for soldering;
- new segments soldering with hihg-temperature alloy;
- repeat troubleshooting;
- opening of the diamond layer with abrasive tools;
- painting of the blade (on customers' demand).

Retiping can be made on the following types of diamond tools:
- 1A1RSS segmented discs(except discs with welded segments);
- diamond drills type DSDD, DSDW, DRDW;
- wire saws (with replastification).
